The challenge

Architects, engineers and material suppliers were three groups with the same projects, the same deadlines and no shared channel to reach each other.

What changed

The group launched the first specialised publication for Iran's building industry — not an advertising vehicle with articles around it, but an editorial platform the industry could argue in.

The outcome

It created the shared room that made everything afterwards possible — the network the events were built on, and the trust that carried 500+ brand relationships.

The magazine was a distribution decision before it was an editorial one. An industry that communicates through catalogues has no memory; an industry with a publication develops a set of shared references, and shared references are what make a market navigable.

Its second effect was commercial and entirely intentional. Publishing put the group in a relationship with every serious brand in the sector at once, which is the foundation the 50+ major events and the WINDOW platform were later built on.
